🛍️ Returns

• Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With tags still attached
  • In original packaging (if applicable)
     

💸 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.
   

🔄 Exchanges

• At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the correct size or color.
   

❗Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards or custom-made pieces
   

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without it.
